Sodore, at 126 km south of Addis Ababa, is a very popular resort area. To reach there the road passes through some interesting towns of Kaliti, Akaki, Debre Zeit, Mojo and Nazareth.
Swimming in the Olympic size pool filled with warm mineral water is very tempting. The huge riverside trees offer shade and shelter to entertaining monkeys and birds of varied species.
